Things to know before you place your cake order.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, payments and deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future available date. PV has every right to cancel your order. You will be informed in writing and you will receive your deposit back within 60 days of the cancellation.
Can you match the cake to the colors I am using?
For color matching, I ask that you provide a swatch of the shade you would like. I will do my best to match the color as closely as possible. With edible products and food grade dyes, exact matches are sometimes difficult to achieve. Also be advised that dark colors will sometimes taste a little bitter, or stain
Do you offer delivery or pick-up options?
Yes, both options are available. If delivery is needed after initially selecting pick-up, you will need to pay the applicable delivery fee within one hour of your request. If not, your cake may not be delivered on time, due to lack of communication and or setup on your part. If you are picking up your cake and the cake is not picked-up within a 15-20 minute window from the time you set-up, you will not be able to pick up your cake until the following working business day.

Our products may contain or encounter milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
